In the center is a raised and engraved cross with sunbursts encircled by four symbols: St. Christopher, the Sacred Heart, St. Joseph, and the Miraculous Medal, making this a Five Way medal. On the back of the medal with a brushed finish there is an image of Our Lady of Mount Carmel on top followed by the Miraculous symbol on the bottom.
